The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms of Service and CMD's Spam Policy:

Definition of Spam:
Spam is the sending of unsolicited and unauthorized e-mails or online communications such as, but not limited to,

.  bulletin boards,
.  user groups
.  instant messaging services to individuals or businesses who do not know you personally, and who have not agreed or requested to receive your emails.
.  have not provided their email address directly to the sender.
.  an email sent to a recipient who would not have a reasonable expectation of receiving email from the sender.
.  Spam can be a single email or a bulk mailing.
.  Sending any e-mail with one of our names or programs or any of our Website addresses, to any type of "lead" or "prospect" before you have received a request for more info from them.

Certain CMD services may have additional spam guidelines explaining appropriate conduct for those services. Those additional policies are incorporated by reference into the CMD Spam Policy. It is the user's responsibility to check each property's guidelines for additional details regarding spam.

Violations of our Terms of Service or this CMD Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your CMD ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, email accounts, clubs, posts, home pages, and profiles. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through CMD computer systems. CMD does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.

To make a formal complaint :
Please forward the complete email you received to compliance at uriinternational.com so that we can read:
1. YOUR email address where you were spammed
2. The email address (FROM ADDRESS) of our member who spammed you
3. Date you were spammed
4. All CMD Members have a unique ID number. In order to identify the offending member,
we must have the /"name" following the URL you were given. (Example: www.cutmydependency.com/xxxx)

NOTICE: Any unauthorized use of the CMD software system is a violation of the CMD Terms of Service, CMD Spam Policy, and certain federal and state laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.), Section 502 of the California Penal Code, and Section 17538.45 of the California Business and Professions Code. Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties.
